Trading for 2024 Topps Chrome

A week ago, I completed a trade with jgerutfan9.  This was not our first trade and it’s always nice to do repeat business.  My returns were pretty boring, to be honest.  So, we’ll do what I got first and then later this weekend update what he got.

2024 Topps Chrome

The reason it’s a “boring” trade is that I opted for cards to try and complete a set.  Still need that a certain Red rookie :/

Pictured, left-to-right, top-bottom, Ryan Noda (#284), Freddie Freeman (#4), Luis Castillo (#129), Josh Jung (#214), Seiya Suzuki (#13), Bryce Harper (#62), Gabriel Moreno (#21), and Ronald Acuña (#250).

Not pictured: Eury Perez (#6), Kodai Senga (#31), Xander Bogaerts (#32), Masataka Yoshida (#63), Keibert Ruiz (#64), Slade Cecconi (#77), Matt Chapman (#81), Irving Lopez (#95), Corey Seager (#100), Cal Raleigh (#119), Kyren Paris (#151), Justin Martinez (#159), Logan O’Hoppe (#199), Keaton Winn (#208), Casey Schmitt (#220), Jacob DeGrom (#228), Christian Yelich (#253), Justin Steele (#258), Cade Marlowe (#266), Luis Matos (#270), Parker Meadows (#271), Johan Rojas (#273), Nolan Schanuel (#274), and Gleyber Torres (#280).

2021 Bowman

Another attempt to help finish off a set.  Pictured, left-to-right, top-bottom: Jacob DeGrom (#46), Javier Baez (#88), Jordan Walker (#BP-146), Josh Jung (#BP-38), Francisco Alvarez (#BP-53), and Trevor Larnach (#BP-80).

The two base cards complete the base set for me!  After this trade, I only need five more prospect cards.

Allen & Ginter and ... 2021?

For Emily, I got a 2014 Allen & Ginter Hellen Keller / Anne Sullivan (#243).  I also got a 2009 Allen & Ginter Kristin Armstrong (#23) and 2021 Topps Michael Lorenzen (#82).

Finally....

Not sure how I missed the 2005 Fans of the Game.   Not as cool as 2004, but no complaints over Meat Loaf (#FG-5) and Jesse “The Body” Ventura (#FG-1).  Also on the top row is 2022 Bowman Jordan Lawlar (#BP-141).

Bottom row are three 2023 Topps ’88-style cards: Mason Miller (#88US-11), Gabriel Moreno (#88US-4), and Taj Bradley (#88US-2).  Final card is a 2017 Topps First Pitch John Goodman (#FP-6).

Again, kinda boring.  But, every once in a while, a self-proclaimed set-builder has to actually build some sets.  Tune in later this weekend for the more interesting listing of what I sent!
