I am behind on card updates. The only redeeming news is the post office is taking more time to deliver cards than the delay between posts. In the near future will be two trade shipments, three trade receipts, and a mega shipment from COMC.com.
In the meantime, here’s the receipt I got for my trade with mdzych864.
Future Stars
This actually completed an insert set: 2021 Topps Chrome Future Stars!
Top row are four cards from that set: Jose Urquidy (#FS19), Trent Grisham (#FS4), Tony Gonsolin (#FS16), and Brendan McKay (#FS17).
Bottom row is the last card I needed from the set: Willi Castro (#FS13). I also got two from 2022’s Topps Chrome Future Stars set: Dylan Carlson (#FS4) and Bo Bichette (#FS13).
2021 Bowman Inception
Ji-Hwan Bae (#82), Yiddi Cappe (#9), Jordan Groshans (#14), and Ed Howard (#7).
2021 Topps Reds
Sad how many are gone already. One is from the Update set, the others 2021 Topps Series 1. Freddy Galvis (#274), Tyler Mahle (#US307), Jesse Winker (#281), and Amir Garrett (#124).
2021 Topps Heritage
I’m getting really close to finishing this set off. I got two short-prints this trade. Gio Urshela (#457), Zach Britton (#494), and Zach Eflin (#318).
Random Modern Cards
Top row is 2021 Bowman Chrome Shea Langeliers (#BCP28), Bowman Chrome It Came to the League Colson Montgomery (#ICFL10), and 2021 Bowman Platinum Renowned Rookies Tyler Stephenson (#RR18).
Bottom row are 2022 Topps Chrome inserts: New Classics Bo Bichette (#NC5) and Heart of the City Bryce Harper (#HOC1)
Random Vintage
Top Row: 1987 Donruss Rob Thompson (#145) and John Gibbons (#626) with a 1983 Fleer Alan Fowlkes (#259).
Second row is a 1997 Topps Craig Biggio (#85) and a 2022 Topps ’87Topps Rickey Henderson (#T8784). Rest in peace.
1998 Gold Label
Ironically, I got two Walkers from 1998 Topps Gold Label (Class 1): Todd Walker (#97) and Larry Walker (#72).
Who Would Have Thought?
Finally, I got five 2001 Topps Traded “Who Would Have Thought” inserts.
First row are Dennis Eckersley (#WWHT10), Reggie Jackson (#WWHT5), and Frank Robinson (#WWHT6). I will comment that both Eck and Mr. October had a stop before their second team pictured.
Bottor row is Dave Winfield (#WWHT11) and Lou Brock (#WWHT9).
Sadly, not 48 Tom Underwood cards. But, I did finish one set and got a bunch of other fun items.
