More Twins than Arnold and DeVito

My favorite trades are with people who clearly have a favorite team or player.  Whether it’s a bunch of Steve Sax cards or several Cleveland Indians / Guardians, I always enjoy sending out a bunch of cards with a theme.  This weekend, I struck a deal for a bunch of 1993 Leafs and some other cards on my wantlist for a bunch of Twins.

Bowman 1st Edition

A win-win situation.  I’m not a big fan of Topps “1st Edition” sets.  Glad they stopped.  And, I have duplicates.  So, no complaints at all to unload some.

Top row:  2021 Bowman Draft 1st Edition cards of Austin Martin (BD-19), Misael Urbina (BD-68), Noah Miller (BD-109), and Cade Povich (BD-104).

Bottom row: 2021 Bowman 1st Edition Aaron Sabato (BFE-125), 2022 Topps 1st Edition Alex Kirilloff (#197), and two 2021 Topps Chrome Ben Baller editions, Max Kepler (#41) and Alex Kirilloff (#170).

Fun fact: I saw Sabato play at Dozer Park in 2022.

Fun stuff!

These cards are something I would trade for!  We have 2022 Topps Cosmic Chrome Griffin Jax (#62), one of the greatest parallel sets ever, the 1996 Ultra Gold Medallion LaTroy Hawiins (#373), a 2021 Finest Flashback Kenta Maeda (#10), and a 2021 Bowman Sapphire Jordan Balazovic (#BCP-61).

Freebies

I felt that this trade with mmahoney was a little lopsided in my favor.  Despite his assurance it was fine, I still felt that I should throw in some cards that, hopefully, he’ll enjoy.

He got a 2020 Topps Chrome Prism Max Kepler (#124), a 2024 Bowman Chrome refractor Dameury Pena (#BCP-167), a 2019 Finest Eddie Rosario autograph (#FA-ER), and a 2022 Topps Chrome Rookie Autograph Jovani Moran (#RA-JMO).

That’s it!  A total of 12+4 cards out tomorrow.  Not sure when my cards will get here.  Tomorrow, I’m getting three shipments!
